Apple Mail
From Rocketspark Support
Things you will need:
- Your email address i.e username@example.com
- Your email password
How to configure Apple Mail:
- 1. Open Apple Mail
- 2. From the Mail menu choose Preferences
- 3. Click the Accounts button and click on + button at the bottom.
- 4. Perform the following steps:
- Enter Your Fullname in the Fullname: field
- Enter your email address in the Email Address: field
- Enter your email password in the Password: field
- 6. Perform the following steps for Incoming Mail Server:
- Select POP3 from the Account Type drop down
- Enter a description for the Incoming Server in the Description: field
- In Incoming Mail Server enter mail.rocketspark.co.nz
- Enter your full email address in the Username: field i.e mail@example.com
- Enter your password in the Password: field
- Click on Continue
- 7. Perform the following steps for Outgoing Mail Server:
- Enter a description for the Outgoing Server in the Description: field
- In Outgoing Mail Server enter mail.rocketspark.co.nz
- Tick Use only this server
- Tick Use Authentication
- Enter your full email address in the Username: field i.e mail@example.com
- Enter your password in the Password: field
- Click on Continue
- 8. Click Create to finish adding this email address
