How many pages to have on your site

You should only have as many pages as you need on your site. If your pages are really long and cover lots of different types of information they should be split up onto different pages. However, if you are just putting content on a page for the sake of having all 6 pages in use it is unneccesary. Some websites may benefit from only having a home page while other websites might only need two pages and others might benefit from using all six. Don't be afraid of having long pages with lots of information, as long as you format it well with headings, people can visually skim down the headings. However, be careful not to put different types of information on the same page and keep your home page brief.
